ON STAGE

SAM collage 6

I started working with electronic music pioneer Jean Michel Jarre in 2004 for his concert at the "Forbidden City in Beijing. Since then i was lucky to do more than 150 concerts with his band all over the world , from the Gdansk shipyard in Poland to the Moroccan Sahara desert dunes, Sotchi Olympics, Monaco, Carthage Festival, European most pretigious venues....
I worked as his musical director and musician. I invite you to visit the pages devoted to those shows in the Gallery section of my site with pictures and details.
You also can visit Jarre's Official Website : http://www.jeanmicheljarre.com/ for more infos .

2004/2005: Okna Tsahan Zam. I produced his CD/DVD "A journey in the steppe Shaman Voices" Buda/Universal. The reviews were fantastic, there was a huge demand to see him on stage. More about Okna in my "Producer" pages.

2004 : Gaïa in Switzerland (Lausanne and Zurich) for Art on Ice shows with the exceptional meeting of former Supertramp leader/singer/composer Roger Hodgson with John Helliwell and Jesse Siebenberg from Supertramp . Justin Hayward from the Moody Blues was there too. We shared the bill with Barclay James Harvest.
2003 : "Gaia" at Cannes MIDEM (Palais des Festivals) with Alan Simon, Supertramp members, Justin Hayward (Moody Blues), Anggun, Billy Preston, Didier Lockwood, Okna Tsahan Zam, Manu Dibango, Lulendo, Steve Shehan, Brankica Vasic, Lee Holdridge.

In 2002 I worked on the studio version of "Gaïa", a project created by Alan Simon. In 2003 and 2004 I worked with Alan as a musical director/guitarist for the "Live" version of the project, starting with a fabulous MIDEM concert featuring some great international artists from the pop and world music scene.

Lulendo from Angola, Greek tour 2002 : Concerts on the "Star Clipper" was great fun, we did that in the Carabeeans too.
Gabrielle Roda, Greek tour 2002

Tribute to Marcel Dadi Olympia (Dobro+Oud)
September 1996

Fredericks, Goldman & Jones : I owe a lot to Jean Jacques Goldman, he helped me to give a new orientation to my musical career by pointing out things that made my specificity and took me on the road to open his show with an 30mn act. It was a fantastic and unique experience i shared with my friend Rogers Esse from Cameroon. These tours opened new roads for me, my first solo album followed as well as composing for film, mixing world music elements with modern technology, defining my own style.

It was great to share his success on stage after all the gold and platinum records we did together in the studio.
